The nesting demo integrates Sparrow and Jagua by Jeroen Gardeyn through the official Sparrow Studio browser wrapper. Jyothish’s portfolio contribution is the DXF workflow, controls, visualization, contour verification and export integration.

The unmodified upstream wrapper is compiled to serial WebAssembly without SIMD or shared-memory threads. Each optimization runs in a separate worker. DXF geometry stays on the visitor’s device.
The site source includes the wrapper, Cargo lockfile and a PowerShell rebuild script. Build provenance records the exact revisions, compiler, dependency versions and artifact SHA-256 hashes.

Sparrow optimizes irregular strip packing. A feasible result is an engineering exploration, with the integration’s scope and checks explained in the live tool.
